The Legendary Beef
The heart of our à la carte selection is, of course, our legendary Wagyu. You have the rare opportunity to order individual plates of the ancient Takenotani Tsuru Ushi to experience its deep, savory red meat, and the hybrid Ibusana Ushi to enjoy its perfect balance of flavor and tenderness.
For those who appreciate classic marbling, we also offer a curated selection of A5-rank Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black) cuts, including favorites like Karubi and Ribeye, alongside other premium parts and horumon (offal).
Beyond the Grill
Our passion extends to our wide array of ippin ryouri (individual dishes), all prepared with the same dedication. We recommend trying our restaurant’s original Monaka Yukke, our refreshing house-made pickles, or a comforting bowl of slow-simmered Komutan Soup.
To finish your meal (shime), our Soy Milk Cold Noodles are a popular choice. Every item, from our savory sauces to our desserts, is made in-house from scratch.
